  • With these thoughts in mind, what strategies support a strong group structure and process for diverse survivors of violence?

In addition, learners will consider their role within the group:

  • What facilitator qualities and strategies help deal with difficulties and conflict within group?
  • How can we maintain group goals and purpose without compromising the needs of individual and diverse survivors of violence?
